Vincent passed away in Tucson, AZ on August 3, 2017. He was born on March 2, 1934 in Los Angeles, CA to Louis Joseph Funaro and Florene Ruby Funaro. Vincent is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Mallory Nicole Funaro.

Vincent will be missed. He lived a long and happy life and loved his large family and long-time friends. He loved hunting, golf, travelling, his work as a master electrician, and expressing his opinion.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Elaine Funaro; son, Gregory V. Funaro (Susan); daughter, Sandra K. LaFond (Jake); son, Dennis K. Funaro (Judy Toy); and son, Brian L. Funaro. Vincent is also survived by: 11 grandchildren Alia Funaro, Danielle Calapa (BJ), Anthony Funaro, Christopher Funaro (April), Joshua Funaro (Meghann), Marcy Funaro, Vincent LaFond (Beth), Brianne LaFond, Andy Funaro, TJ Funaro, and Louis Funaro; 11 great-grandchildren; his brother Louis J. Funaro (DeAnn); three sisters; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

No services will be held at this time. A celebration of his life is being planned by his family and will be held in November.
