Thomas Patrick Guy, Sr. died in his home, surrounded by his family, on Monday, January 1st, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.  He was 75 years old.

Tom was a witty, talented, adventurous, and devoted husband, partner, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to many.  He was very active in the music community in Green Valley, where his talent will be greatly missed. He loved performing and bringing people joy with his amazing guitar skills and beautiful voice. He was a passionate scuba diver, having completed over 1000 dives in the last 25 years.  He also loved fishing, sailing, tennis, Pickleball, and riding his motorcycle.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sally Y. Guy.  He is survived by his partner Jeni; daughter Jane (Jassen); son Tom Jr.; daughter Erin (Jeff); grandchildren Spencer (Kalyn), Leah (Taylor), Zoe, Garrett, and Kendall; great grandchildren Gabriel and Denver; and brothers Denny and Tim.

Celebrations of life are planned for March 17th in Green Valley, AZ, and this summer in Lake City, MI.  Details to follow. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
