Stanley passed away peacefully at the age of 79 after a struggle with several illnesses with his beloved Rosie Blanco by his side.

Stanley was born to the late Harold P. and Dorothy B. Farr on July 5, 1945, in Johnstown, New York.

He was also predeceased by his brothers Kenneth and Thomas.

He spent most of his working years at MassMutual Life Insurance Company, retiring after 30 years of service.

Stan was an avid photographer, capturing every moment of his daughters' growing years. He had an extensive collection of vintage cameras that were museum-worthy. He also loved his Monday night football get-togethers with his friends back in Massachusetts.

After he retired, his soul led him to relocate to Arizona where he was able to spend more time riding his motorcycle and logged many, many miles including leisurely rides with Rosie and trips to New Hampshire to attend bike weekends in Laconia.

He pursued his passion for music by joining a local band playing the drums. The Silver City Jam Band shared many good times performing at local venues, including playing for the seniors in Green Valley.

His wit and sense of humor always left a smile on your face. He had a gift for gab and was never shy to tell a story that kept you laughing and engaged. His loved a good cup of black coffee and his self-proclaimed world's greatest spaghetti sauce.

He had a kind heart and was often seen at the border bringing popcorn and cookies to the border patrol agents.

He is survived by the love of his life, Rosie Blanco. He also leaves his 3 daughters, Deb (Pete) Novotney from Mount Pleasant, SC. Cindy (Craig) Carabetta from East Longmeadow, MA and Jennifer (Aaron) Kuhn from Westfield, MA. He also leaves his 7 grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Lily, Ava, Cate, Griffin and Brexley, as well as his 4-legged partners, Mickey and Minnie.

A service will be held on February 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Green Valley Mortuary and Cemetery, 18751 S La Canada Drive, Sahuarita, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice in Stanley's name.
