Sally Yvonne Guy died, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, September 7th, less than 2 months after being diagnosed with bladder cancer.  She was 78 years old.

Sally was a spunky, funny, loving, and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many.  She had an immeasurable love of nature and animals and spent lots of time feeding the birds and tending to her flower/cactus gardens.  She was a passionate scuba diver, having completed around 450 dives in the last 23 years.  She loved reading, watching television, and swimming.

She is survived by the love of her life (of 53 years) Tom; son Tom Jr.; daughter Erin (Jeff); stepdaughter Jane (Jassen); grandchildren Spencer (Kalyn), Leah (Taylor), Zoe, Garrett, and Kendall; great grandchildren Gabriel and Denver; sisters Patty and Dianne.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.  The family will notify loved ones in the future when a celebration of life is scheduled.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
