RUSSELL JOHN "BUD" BABICK Born: November 4, 1946 Died: December 31, 2013 Russell John "Bud" Babick, age 67, of Tucson, AZ, suddenly; loving husband of Marsha (Cohlmeyer); dear brother to Sandy Edwards and Bruce (Marge) Babick; loving uncle of Nancy Edwards, Brendan (Sarah) Edwards, Hallie (Jason) Potter, and Brian Babick; and great-uncle to six nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Florence (Raskey) Babick and many aunts and uncles. Bud was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He was a graduate of Brother Rice High School and attended Northern Illinois University where he met Marsha, the love of his life. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Germany. After he was discharged, he and Marsha lived and worked in Germany and Austria before returning to the U.S. They made their home in Colorado and then settled in Arizona. Bud passed away on New Year's Eve, 2013, in Shreveport, LA while cheering on his beloved University of Arizona Wildcats to a bowl game victory.
