In Loving Memory of Robert "Bullet Bob" Buehler Sr.
December 13, 1939 – December 21, 2025

Robert "Bullet Bob" Buehler Sr. passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025, at the age of 86, shortly after celebrating his birthday on December 13.

Bob dedicated nearly 40 years of his life to education, serving as a teacher, coach, and district administrator, ultimately retiring as Director of Pupil Services. He believed deeply in the potential of others and devoted his career to helping students, families, and educators succeed.

Retirement did not slow his passion for learning or teaching. Bob continued to educate and inspire as a Desert Docent and Master Gardener for Pima County, generously sharing his knowledge and appreciation of the desert landscape.

Bob loved the outdoors and the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed turkey, deer, and pheasant hunting, golfing, raising his beloved German Wirehaired Pointers, and building things with his hands. Whether working on a project, tending plants, or spending time with family and friends, Bob found meaning in being useful, curious, and engaged.

He will be remembered as a lifelong educator, a patient mentor, a steady presence, and a man who quietly made the world better for those around him. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.
