Phyllis Ann (Lykins) Conley, 88, peacefully passed away on February 14, 2025 in Green Valley, Arizona.

She was born on June 13, 1936, the daughter of Raymond and Tennie Mae Lykins in West Liberty, Kentucky.

She was a graduate of Rock Hill High School in 1954.  During her career, she was treasurer of the Green Local School District and Ironton City Schools.

Upon retirement, she relocated to Green Valley, Arizona.  She was a long-time member of Green Valley Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Randolph and Eugene Lykins, and her husband, Harold Conley.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Logan, of Green Valley, Arizona;  her daughters, Lee Ann (Bruce) Crawley of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Pamela (Lou) Mains of Ironton, Ohio, and Valerie Gustin of Arlington, Texas.  She is also survived by her granddaughters, Abigail (George) Schindler of Covington, Louisiana, and Rebekah Crawley of Lexington, Kentucky, her sisters, Juanita and Patricia Short of Ironton, Ohio, and her brother, Ronald (Sherry) Lykins of Gallipolis, Ohio, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held in Green Valley, Arizona on February 23, 2025 at Green Valley Baptist Church.

A memorial service to honor her life will be held at Gateway Baptist Church in Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Scott Jenkins officiating on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10:00.
