Michael Gerard Brandis, 77, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, in Green Valley, Arizona. He was born on March 30, 1947, in Bend, Oregon.

Mike grew up in the high desert of central Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University. He spent his professional career in the forest products industry, focusing on sales throughout Idaho and Oregon. After retiring to Green Valley, Arizona, he found joy in exploring the beauty of the southwestern desert in a red mustang convertible.

Mike will be remembered for his sense of humor, gregarious nature, and love of connecting with others. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and making new friends wherever he went.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kathy; his children, Tim (Trina) and James (Leah); his grandson, Oscar; his sister, Mollie; and his brother, Danny.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Arizona's Catholic Tuition Support Organization specifically for the Loretta School in Douglas, Arizona.
