Martin Scott Palbykin, 71, of Vail, Arizona, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on June 30, 2025.

Born in Plymouth, Indiana, Marty worked professionally as a pilot and his true passion was drag racing. He enjoyed engine design and building as much as he liked driving his car "like it was on rails" down the racetrack.

He was a devoted husband to his wife, Mary for 51 years, who was the love of his life. He is survived by his daughter, son-in-law, and his only, beloved grandson.

He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends who will cherish his infectious laugh, persistence, and opportunistic viewpoint in all his life's endeavors.
