Manuel Moreira's Obituary
Manuel F. Moreira was born in Portugal in 1941 and in 1952 emigrated with his parents to the US.
He joined the army in 1960.
Manny was stationed in Germany, where he met and married his wife, Inge.
He returned to Danbury after his discharge from the military, and made his home there.
He worked for Branson Ultrasonic for many years as Machinist and then Applications Engineer.
After a job transfer to Texas, he and his wife lived in Plano, TX for several years before
Ventura, but especially enjoyed his volunteer work at the VA in Tucson.

After a job transfer to Texas, he and his wife lived in Plano, TX for several years before
retiring to Green Valley, AZ.
"Manny" loved to travel, dance, ride his bicycle with a group of friends, hike, work out at the
gym and chat with neighbors.
He was a pool monitor for many years at GVR, and chairman of the Neighborhood Watch in
gym and chat with neighbors.
Ventura, but especially enjoyed his volunteer work at the VA in Tucson.
Manny passed away after battling MDS, which progressed to AML, for 2 years.
We miss him, and pray that will rest in eternal peace.
