John, 89, of Green Valley, AZ, passed away on October 29, 2024. John was born on July 15, 1935, to Agnes and Harold Roche in Columbus, WI.

John was a husband and, father, dairyman, farmer, South Dakota rancher, farm appraiser. The Church and Community Service were also John's philanthropies. He generously shared with family and friends. He loved work and mentored many people interested in agriculture related careers. John was an 85-year resident in Elba Township, Dodge County Wisconsin until relocating permanently to his snowbird home in Green Valley, Arizona.

His legacy of time, sharing his talents, and treasure lives on through the lives he touched.

John is survived by his wife of 54 years Mary, children Luciana (Alan) Major, Christina Roche, Tom (Jamie) Roche, William Roche, and eight grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother Joe (Marie) Roche, Bill (Carol Roche), sister Ellen (Tom) Schemmel. He was proceeded in death by parents Agnes & Harold, sister Mary Erickson, brother Bob & Connie Roche. Many friends will greet him in heaven with Brandy Manhattans, Packer cheers, ice cream topped with crème de menthe, Irish coffee and jigs.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22 at St Columbkille Church, County TT Columbus. Visitation will proceed at 10 am followed by 11 am mass. A luncheon will be served after the ceremony.
