John G. (Jack) Pollak passed away peacefully at home on August 27. Jack is survived by his wife of 65 years Gay, daughter Laura, granddaughter Rachel, brother Ernie, nieces and nephews.

A retiree of Schlumberger ATE, Jack enjoyed photography, attested by a living room wall  of photographs taken on extended RV travel. He also enjoyed golf and cooking his mothers Hungarian recipes for friends and family.
