It is with heavy hearts the family of James Stephen Strand, born October 15th 1962, announces his passing at the age of 55 years on July 9th 2018. Attended Air Academy high school class of 1980 USAFA . Jim was a very skilled carpenter and a true artist in his craft. Employed 20+ years with International Cooling Tower as a Supervisor. He is survived by his two sons Jared Strand(29), Justin Strand(28), his mother Jean Strand, and sister Sandra Pilcher. Jim unexpectedly passed in Amado, Az in the desert that brought him so much joy. He leaves behind his significant other of ten years, Lisa Franklin and their beautiful oasis in the desert with their two Great Pyrenees, Beau and Sadie. He also leaves the love for his craft and a passion for his motorcycle. At this time there are no services planned.
