George E. Norcross passed away on January 4th at 85 years of age.  He leaves behind his wife, Jane Norcross, his daughters Kerri Burns (Tim) three children and Vanessa Simon (Corey) their two children, and stepdaughter Cyndi Berger (Phil) and their two children.

George grew up in Grand Haven, Michigan and enjoyed sailing on Lake Michigan, the beach, and working at his father's blueberry farm. He wanted to see the world so after high school he obtained degrees from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and George Washington School of Law. He was employed at the U.S. Dept. of Commerce as an economist and trade negotiator.  George lived in Columbia, Mexico, and Brazil while employed by Chase Manhattan Bank and later Chrysler Corporation. His other Chrysler corporate travel was to China, Japan, Africa and Egypt.

Upon moving to Arizona from Michigan, he enjoyed hiking and road trips in the western states and snow only in the mountains as he would say.  He also enjoyed scuba diving trips to the Caribbean with Jane and his daughters.
