Elizabeth (Elyse) Hannah, a much-loved daughter, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on January 28th in Tucson Arizona at the age of 69.

Born on November 4th, 1955, she lived a full life.  She was a nurse for 25 years working in various positions including intensive care, bone marrow transplantation and life flight transport.  With her skills she saved many lives.

Elyse was also a lover of animals volunteering her time with a rescue in Arizona that cared for abused and neglected horses.  She also enjoyed the simple pleasure of spending time with her dog Lexie and her nephew Alex Korowotny whom she loved like a son.

Elyse is survived by her mother Betsy Hannah of Green Valley Arizona, her sister Jamie (Scott) Korowotny and her nephew Alex Korowotny of Talking Rock Georgia.

Elyse was preceded in death by her father Bill Hannah of Green Valley Arizona, her aunt Lynn McNamara of Show Low Arizona and cousin Ricky McNamara of New York.

A celebration of her life will be held in April in Green Valley.
