Dennis Gregory Lehner was born on July 30, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri and passed into the arms of the Lord on April 18, 2022. He was a 25 year resident of Arizona.

Dennis grew up in Kansas City and Wichita and attended school at Northeastern Oklahoma State University.  He once owned a collection agency and worked as a real estate agent for most of his adult life.

Dennis was a life-long baseball fan and watching his grandson play baseball was one of his greatest pleasures in life. He was active in the church and with Celebrate Recovery, who he credits for saving his life. His relationships surrounding church and Celebrate Recovery were very important to him and he cherished those friendships.

He was a remarkable husband, father, uncle, father-in-law and grandfather and was a loyal friend who loved big in everything he did. His infectious smile and a kind word were something you could always expect in any conversation with Dennis.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Mary, his first wife Sue, his sister Stephanie (Vaughn) and his brother, Gary.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his daughter Shannon (Scott), his grandson Kyle, nieces Carrie (Ryan), Kristen (Rob), Erin (Mark), nephews Joel and Mark (Margie).
