Debbie Rickard, 67, of Green Valley, Arizona entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 4, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona.

Debbie was born on March 19, 1956, in Plainview, Texas to Fred Haley and Oleta (Scarberry) Haley. She married Charles (Chuck) Rickard on February 23, 1981, in Plano, Texas. She was a devoted wife, mother, and meemaw. She was an Avon Representative for a number of years.

She was preceded in death by parents Fred Haley and Oleta Scarberry Haley, brother Darrell (Donna) Haley, and sister Nita (Ed) Henley, and brother-in-law Leonard (Susie) Rickard, sisters-in-law Edith (Jerry) Black, Nina (Wally) Leshley, and RoseMary Rickard.

Survivors include her husband Chuck Rickard, daughter Misty Fite and fiancé Lorne Floyd, sons Robert Rickard, James "Red" Rickard and wife Mary, and Paul Rickard; grandchildren Zackery Fite, Scott Rickard, Jacob Rickard, Brett Rickard, Clifton Rickard, Shauna Rickard, Evie Rickard, and Perry Rickard; as well as many great grandchildren; sister and brothers Lois (Robert) Ritchie, Larry (Jennifer) Haley, and Steve Haley; and sister-in-law, Carol (Bob) Allen. She also had numerous nieces and nephews that were dear to her, including Darrell Steven Haley, Kim Partridge, Traca Hunkeapiller, Teri Smith, Sherry Douglas, Kelly Ritchie, Robin Tohill, Donnie Henley, Michelle McDonald, Darlene Reese, Chanda Dasinger, and Chelsea Engel.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
