Daniel Garcia, resident of Green Valley, Arizona went to the Lord on March 4, 2019 at the age of 73. His wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings were at his side.
Dan is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy (Bryan) Garcia, son Daniel Jr, grandsons Adam and Michael, and daughter Reina-Marie (Balach), husband Ilija and grandson Aleksandar.
Dan grew up in Lompoc, California and spent his adult life in Southern California. He retired from Bank of America in 2007 and moved full time to Green Valley with his wife Dottie.
Dan loved to play golf with his friends at Haven Golf Course and was also a member of Desert Hills Golf Club. He loved watching pro-golf, the NFL and UA Wildcats football. Dan was also an avid Prowler fan and attended many Car Shows. He served in the United States Marine Corps.
Dan was a parishioner at Our Lady of the Valley. He was a Fourth Degree in the Knights of Columbus and a member of Padre Kino Vocations Ministry. Through his faith he was called to walk the Camino de Santiago.
