Ceceilia joined our lord on 6 Nov 2017.  She was preceded by her parents Carl and Margaret Warhank, husband James Lee Laster, and siblings Rita, Sister Carol, and Frank.  She leaves behind siblings Angeline, husband Bill and children; Michael, wife Lennie and children; Larry, wife Irma and children; Monica, husband Jim; John, wife Sharon and child; Josef, wife Mary and children; Darla and children; Joyce, partner Silvia; and Rodney, wife Rose and children.

Ceceilia leaves behind her children, son Vincent, wife DianaLynn, grandchildren Sabrina and husband William, Michael, Sara, Jerry, Nehemiah, Vincent II.  Son Steven, grandchildren Christopher, Carl, Cameron.  Daughter Christina, husband Jack, grandchildren Daniel, wife Yvette, Raymond and Nicole, husband Andrew.  Daughter Cynthia, grandchildren Mikel and Kyrstin.  Daughter Carmelita, husband Tracey, grandchildren Megan, partner Michael; Morgan, husband Jose, and Whisper, husband Robert.  Ceceilia additional leaves behind 18 great-grandchildren.

Ceceilia was a loving mother and friend, who touched many people during her life time.

The family is planning a private (family only) gathering on 23 Nov 2017.

The family will hold an open Memorial on 26 May 2018 at a location to be determined.
